Summertime & grilling is like peanut butter & jelly. Or a toast & Marmite. Big cities often don’t offer many large green spaces where you can grill your dinner and relax with a glass of red in your hand, enjoying sunset. I have been present to one charcoal-generated fire in my in-laws’ basement already and let me tell you it can ruin everything from one’s evening to one’s house (in our case it stayed at the ruined evening and my nephew’s bike).
